Hydro Seeding (Seasonal)

Our back yard had a variety of issues including overgrown and neglected areas which were starting to appeal to unwelcome guests; trees that needed removing; another tree engulfed in ivy that needed to be cleared; and a variety of items that had outlived their usefulness, i.e., an old metal shed, which needed to be removed. Fayette Property Solutions was able to remedy and take care of everything requested. They were very nice, very efficient and able to complete the work in one day. Glad we found them. Definitely recommend them.

In the spring, I had this company come out to my property to do some grading and clearing for a 60’ x 50’ pad in preparation for gravel. The work was top-quality from start to finish. The equipment they brought out was top-notch, and the job was done professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any outdoor landscaping, land clearing, or tree work. When we added our detached garage we needed power ran to it and Coweta Fayette EMC had to dig through our yard. I did not want to lay sod due to possible height differences, so we reached out to Fayette Property Solutions and they did some hydro seeding and while being skeptical of the process, I’m impressed! The best experience that I have ever had when dealing with any kind of work for our home. My Dad has worked in the yard for years and planted so much. It was beautiful when it bloomed once a year but the ground had become so hard and the roots were showing and after trimming for weeks we decided on a different plan to make upkeep easier for me. We can see our beautiful house now. I told them what I wanted, they listened and scheduled the job within a week. They were here for 2 days and my yard is just beautiful!! I cannot thank them enough. I recently had Fayette Property Solution hydro-seed my backyard. They provided with a very reasonable estimate in a timely manner.They showed up on time as scheduled and answered all of my questions prior to start the hydro-seeding process.They provided me with written instructions on how to care for the fresh seed. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after removing the stump. Very prompt giving us an estimate and scheduling the stump removal. Enjoyed working with Cale and his father.

Fayette Property Solutions had the right knowledge, experience, and equipment to repair a large sink hole that was apparently caused by the developer burying logs on the lot. Extra care was needed to avoid damaging the adjacent gardens. I am totally happy with the result , and would recommend FPS for similar work. Richard Schmidt
