Aeration / Aeravation

I needed some brush cleared. They were very prompt to respond with a quote and then came out two days later to complete the job. They were on time and we are very satisfied with their work! I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an honest, hardworking company.

Cale with FPS was very responsive and polite. He got everything I asked for done on our property in a timely manner and an affordable price. I would definitely use FPS again!

Cale showed up as promised and did great work. TY.

Very professional and very fair price. I would highly recommend. I enjoy looking at my yard now. My whole property is very clean and beautiful.

Our back yard had a variety of issues including overgrown and neglected areas which were starting to appeal to unwelcome guests; trees that needed removing; another tree engulfed in ivy that needed to be cleared; and a variety of items that had outlived their usefulness, i.e., an old metal shed, which needed to be removed. Fayette Property Solutions was able to remedy and take care of everything requested. They were very nice, very efficient and able to complete the work in one day. Glad we found them. Definitely recommend them.

Prompt, professional service. I will use them again!

Great experience! Cale and his team advised me on solutions for long-time erosion issues, brought in and moved a whole lot of dirt, then hydroseeded everything. They are extremely responsive, professional, and a real pleasure to work with.

Cale & his team are one of the most professional, efficient businesses I’ve seen. They are dependable, responsible, and take pride In all work the work they’ve ever done for me. I HIGHLY suggest them for all of your property needs.

Cale and crew did a fantastic job clearing out an overgrown area of our property. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. O highly recommend Fayette Property Solutions!

What a fantastic job Cale and Craig Schindler did on our property. They both care so much about doing a job that is flawless. Their skills are above what most landscapers have. They clean up their work areas after they're done which makes the property look well groomed. I'll never use a different landscaper for any work that needs to be done around our home. Thank you guys, you both helped us so much!

Very professional. Communication with Cali was excellent. They arrived on time as scheduled. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone needing it.

In the spring, I had this company come out to my property to do some grading and clearing for a 60’ x 50’ pad in preparation for gravel. The work was top-quality from start to finish. The equipment they brought out was top-notch, and the job was done professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any outdoor landscaping, land clearing, or tree work. Great service all around.

When we added our detached garage we needed power ran to it and Coweta Fayette EMC had to dig through our yard. I did not want to lay sod due to possible height differences, so we reached out to Fayette Property Solutions and they did some hydro seeding and while being skeptical of the process, I’m impressed! Excellent service and would happily use them again if needed in the future! Photos don’t do the work justice.

Fayette Property Solutions did a wonderful job. Timely response to my inquiries, easy scheduling without waiting for weeks or not showing up, plus a great job done from the beginning to the end. I will certainly contact them for any future projects. Thank you very much guys!!!

The best experience that I have ever had when dealing with any kind of work for our home. My Dad has worked in the yard for years and planted so much. It was beautiful when it bloomed once a year but the ground had become so hard and the roots were showing and after trimming for weeks we decided on a different plan to make upkeep easier for me. We can see our beautiful house now. I told them what I wanted, they listened and scheduled the job within a week. They were here for 2 days and my yard is just beautiful!! I cannot thank them enough. The only company that we will ever have to work on our yard. You guys are amazing!!! Highly recommend!! 10 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
